Okay so I don't know if anyone's reading my writings here, but I'm just gonna post some stuff whenever I feel like doing it.
Well today, I feel like I want to do a TV series review, particularly an anime. For the record, I do like anime stuff (it might surprise you maybe?), but usually the movie stuff from Ghibli only. For those of you who don't know what Ghibli is, jadi Ghibli itu semacam Disney-nya Jepang gitu. Dia yang khusus memproduksi film-film kartun di Jepang dan bagus-bagus gitu deh filmya. This time, I kind of missing my Ghibli days, but I've watched almost every Ghibli movies, so I figure I need new anime. Sampai akhirnya aku cari di IMDB kira-kira anime apa yang bagus dengan rating yang oke, I found one. But it turns out it's not a movie, melainkan serial TV gitu. Tapi dari sinopsisnya kayak menarik perhatianku gitu, jadi aku coba nonton deh. Judulnya adalah

Ratingnya 8.6 di IMDB, meskipun yang ngerate kemang cuma 6.495 orang sih (termasuk saya di dalamnya haha T_T).
So the story begins with a guy named Satoru, who has some superpower ability to go back to the past to prevent a life-threatening accident. He called this ability as 'revival', dan biasanya revival ini terjadinya gak terlalu jauh sama present time gitu. Misalnya cuma 5 - 15 menit yang lalu. Jadi ketika dia sedang mengalami revival, dia harus bisa menemukan sesuatu yang janggal yang menjadi penyebab terjadinya masalah, and then interfere that odd thing to prevent accident from happening in the future. Tapi di suatu waktu ketika dia sedang mengalami revival, Satoru nggak bisa menemukan sesuatu yang janggal tersebut. Jadi dia nggak melakukan apa-apa ketika revival itu. And then..... gara-gara dia nggak melakukan apa-apa di revival terakhirnya itu, ibunya Satoru tiba-tiba dibunuh oleh seseorang. Dan sialnya justru Satoru yang menjadi suspect dari pembunuhan ibunya tersebut. Things got even messier, dia jadi buronan dan harus kabur-kaburan, sampai akhirnya tiba-tiba Satoru mengalami revival tapi jauh banget ke 18 tahun yang lalu untuk mencegah kematian ibunya. So it turns out, the homicide of his mother is related to a serial kidnapping of his elementary school friends 18 years ago. And at this revival, Satoru has to work his way up to prevent the kidnapping of his friends, so that his mother's death 18 years later could also be prevented. I personally think this is a good stuff, it makes you curious to watch more. Even though there are some certain things that I don't really understand (sorry to my limited cognitive function lol), but it's worth to watch! The duration itself is not that long so you probably wouldn't get bored at all. In fact, nggak kerasa banget tiba-tiba udah habis aja satu episode -,-
Well if you're looking for an anime to accompany during this upcoming holiday, then you should give this some thought. Pokoknya bagus. Gitu aja kali ya.
